HB1504 composite insulation waterproof tape is an electrical insulation and waterproof sealing tape with excellent conformability and self-adhesiveness. Its tape base is made of butyl rubber, and the surface is compounded with an adhesive that has strong adhesion and excellent thermal stability.

Usage Instructions
Clean dust, oil stains, and other debris from the cable joint. Unroll the tape, remove the release paper, and stretch the tape until its width narrows to 1/2 to 3/4 of the original width. Maintain a certain stretching tension and wrap the tape with a 1/2 overlap. After wrapping, press the tape by hand at the wrapped area to ensure tight adhesion between layers without gaps for full bonding (avoid puncturing the tape with fingertips). To protect the tape from wear in practical environments, use PVC tape over the outer layer. If necessary, the waterproof tape can be cut into different specifications for other applications.
