I. Characteristics:
1. Zinc oxide has smaller particle size than ordinary zinc oxide, is highly active, has uniform particle size, strong dispersibility, and effectively promotes vulcanization, increasing the crosslink density of vulcanized rubber and making vulcanization more thorough.
2. It can effectively improve the adhesion of rubber compounds and enhance the bonding strength between rubber and steel wires, fabric, and other skeleton materials.
3. It exhibits excellent dynamic mechanical properties, resulting in minimal deformation, low heat generation, and good wear resistance of rubber products, providing excellent aging resistance.
II. Applications:
Zinc oxide is mainly used in the production of radial tires, bias tires, conveyor belts, hoses, rubber belts, rubber shoes, latex gloves, and other rubber products. Its product performance fully complies with the national standards, the standards of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, and the requirements of the American ASTM standards.
