Main Properties:
1. DOTP is an excellent primary plasticizer with superior electrical and thermal properties. Its volume resistivity is 10–20 times that of DOP, offering particularly good plasticizing effects and low volatility in cable materials. It is widely used in products requiring heat resistance and high insulation, making it an ideal plasticizer for producing 70°C heat-resistant cable materials and other PVC products requiring low volatility.
2. It also exhibits good cold resistance, heat resistance, extraction resistance, and low volatility, with a high plasticizing efficiency. It demonstrates excellent durability, soap water resistance, and low-temperature flexibility in products. It is suitable as a plasticizer for polyvinyl chloride resins, such as high-insulation PVC cable materials.
3. This product can be blended with DOP in any proportion.
4. When used in plastisols, it reduces viscosity and extends shelf life.
