This product is the most widely used primary plasticizer in plastic processing, with excellent comprehensive performance.
Application Guide:
Widely used in the processing of polyvinyl chloride, vinyl chloride copolymers, and cellulose resins to manufacture films, artificial leather, wires and cables, sheets, plates, molded products, plastisols, etc.
This product can also be used as a softening agent for synthetic rubber, improving the resilience of products, reducing compression set, and having no effect on the vulcanization of the rubber compound.
80% to 90% of DOP is used in the PVC industry, with the remainder used in rubber, recycled plastics, lubricants, adhesives, coatings, polymer additives, softening agents for printing inks, capacitor oil, etc. It can also be used in polyvinyl acetate, polyvinylidene chloride, etc.
DOP Application Examples:
Anti-fogging agricultural PVC films, weather-resistant PVC agricultural films, cable materials (insulation grade), transparent soft tubes, general artificial leather, enamel toys, packaging materials, PVC gloves, wallpaper, etc.
