1. Scene Relaxation: The system includes four major categories of scene videos: natural scenes, urban scenes, forest scenes, and ocean scenes. Training within these scenes effectively alleviates users' tension and stress.

2. Memory Training: The system includes eight memory training games: Card Master, Beware of Beasts, Quick Hands and Sharp Eyes, Fruit Flip, Category Match, Memory Master, Spatial Perception, and Find the Rectangle. Before starting any game, users can view the game rules. After completing the training, a game report is generated, which includes game details, scores, duration, completion rate, training results, as well as real-time data such as relaxation level waveforms and curves for relaxation and focus.

3. Focus Training: The system includes three focus training games: The Wild Swans, Thumbelina, and The Ugly Duckling. Before each training session, users can view training tips. After completion, a training report is generated, which includes the training name, details, score, duration, accuracy rate, as well as real-time data such as relaxation level waveforms and curves for relaxation and focus.

4. EEG Training: The system includes three brain training games: Dart Shooting, Balloon Pop, and Archery.
