Emotional Release and Stress Relief Assistant is a system designed for emotional guidance and stress reduction. The software integrates a series of functions including venting and confiding, sleep aid music, Totoro focus training, guided relaxation, stress release, and instrument relaxation.

Through emotional release, users can quickly alleviate inner suppressed emotions and effectively improve physical and mental balance.

The system supports multiple login methods, including registered account login, default administrator account login, guest login, facial recognition login (optional), and fingerprint login (optional)—five ways to access the system.

2. Sleep Aid Music: The system includes 51 sleep aid tracks, such as Traditional Chinese Medicine Five Elements music, meditation relaxation music, nature background music, and Alpha brainwave music. Users can freely select

appropriate music to ease tense and suppressed emotions.

3. ★ Totoro Focus: This module uses "Totoro" as the main element and includes three games—Totoro's Wild Cooking, Balloon-Loving Totoro, and Totoro Hide-and-Seek—to train

users' focus. Each game comes with simple instructions, and after training, users can view a training report that includes the training name, performance, score, duration, and accuracy rate.

4. Guided Relaxation: This module includes 12 relaxation videos, such as Vast Inner Mongolian Grassland, Sun-Facing Sunflowers, Autumn Vibes, Healing Flowers, Enjoying Nature, Embarking on a Journey, Exploring the Underwater World,

and Majestic Mountains and Rivers. After completing each guided relaxation video, a relaxation report is generated. The report includes training performance, score, duration, recommended functions, and training suggestions.

5. ★ Stress Release: The system includes three training games—Frenzy Button, Little Li Flying Dagger, and Whack-a-Mole. Before starting, all games provide rules for reference. After training,

a game report is generated, including training performance, score, duration, completion rate, and results.

6. ★ Instrument Relaxation: Includes at least six instruments—piano, xylophone, kalimba, small drum, handpan, and recorder. By selecting different instruments, users can release emotions,

experience relief, and generate a training report after completion.

heart rate, maximum heart rate, minimum heart rate, heart rate standard deviation, scatter plot, HRT histogram, and pulse volume waveform—monitoring users' psychological indicators in real time.

8. Training Reports: This module includes all data that can generate reports, such as training reports, guided reports, focus reports, and detection reports. Users can search and

query to find their training results.

9. ★ Backend Management System: After logging into the backend operating system, super administrators can freely add audio and video content, create new users, set up classes and departments, configure unit information,

synchronize data, and use the recycle bin feature to restore deleted files. They can also perform system backups, statistics on users, administrators, department headcounts,

and the number of user reports. System login methods can be freely enabled or disabled.
