Zhengzhou Aidi Technology Compensated Micromanometer Product Introduction
The compensated micromanometer consists of a fine adjustment section, a level observation section, a mirror section, and an outer shell section.
1. Fine adjustment section---Comprises a finely calibrated dial with 200 divisions, fixed on a long screw. When the long screw moves, the water chamber ascends or descends. A calibration block is mounted on the static pressure port and connector of the water chamber, moving between the scale plate and the character plate to indicate the displacement height of the water chamber.
2. Level observation section---Contains a leveling head inside the observation tube to monitor changes in the liquid within the observation tube when the dynamic pressure tube is subjected to pressure.
3. Mirror section---A mirror is fixed on the mirror housing, reflecting the contact condition between the leveling head and the liquid surface inside the observation tube, allowing the tip of the leveling head to align with the tip of its reflection to adjust the "base point" of the micromanometer reading.
4. Outer shell section---The shell and crossbar support the long screw. The shell rod is equipped with a level bubble and adjustment screws to ensure the vertical alignment of the micromanometer's screw and dynamic pressure tube.
The YJB-1500/2500 compensated micromanometer is used to measure small pressures, negative pressures, and pressure differences of non-corrosive gases. It can also be used to calibrate other pressure gauges and is suitable for laboratories and metrology units.
