Instrument Introduction: The GC-808 Mining Gas Chromatograph is used for underground mine gas analysis, fire prediction, and gas explosion risk assessment. This includes analysis for detection, prediction, and unsealing indicators of extinguishment levels. Utilizing a thermal conductivity detector, dual hydrogen flame detector, methane conversion furnace, 12-port valve sampling device, and stainless steel packed columns, a single injection completes the analysis of both macro and micro components of mine gas (O?, N?, CH?, CO, CO?, C?H?, C?H?, C?H?). GC-808 Mining Gas Chromatograph Performance Features: Based on the new-generation, highly stable GC-7890 gas chromatograph, it operates reliably and stably. Microcomputer automatically controls three 12-port valves for sampling, equipped with a backflush device. Utilizes three pre-columns and three stainless steel packed columns, effectively preventing column cross-contamination and ensuring long-term uninterrupted operation of the entire system. Employs a three-detector process: thermal conductivity detector, hydrogen flame detector, and an added conversion furnace. Automatically adjusts the sensitivity of the hydrogen flame detector based on methane concentration to avoid masking trace components behind high methane levels. Fast analysis speed: Within 4-8 minutes, a single injection completes the analysis of mine gas macro components (O?, N?, CH?, CO, CO?, C?H?, C?H?, C?H?). Within 10 minutes, a single injection completes full-component gas analysis and explosion risk assessment (triangle method). The GC-808 Mining Gas Chromatograph is equipped with 4/8-liter aluminum cylinders of multi-component standard mixed gas. Includes a 4-channel chromatographic workstation for mine gas analysis. Alarm values can be set for various gas concentrations and alkene ratios, with automatic alerts for methane and oxygen concentrations entering the gas triangle. Results from both automatic and manual sampling can be stored in a database. Historical data or trend graphs can be printed (or queried) by time or sampling location in the database, displaying the distance from the gas triangle to historical data. Enables online automatic analysis; through pipeline installation, the instrument can periodically sample automatically, continuously monitoring process sample gas with automatic calibration, eliminating manual verification. For areas not covered by pipeline probes, manual sampling and detection can be employed, offering flexibility and reliability.
