4.1 Gas Emission Initial Velocity Tester (Variable Volume and Pressure Type): 1) Sample bottle volume (including pipelines) ≥5ml;
2) Fixed space volume ≥28ml (excluding sample bottle); 3) Air tightness: When no sample is installed, after degassing the emission space to level the mercury vacuum gauge liquid surface, stop the pump and let it stand for 5 minutes. The difference in the mercury vacuum gauge liquid surface should be less than 1mm.
4.2 Vacuum Pump: Air extraction capacity ≥2ml/s and ≤5ml/s, vacuum degree ≤4Pa; 4.3 Mechanical Stopwatch: 60s/revolution, accuracy 0.1s, meets metrological standards; 4.4 Methane Gas: 8L steel cylinder filling, purity ≥99.9%, with factory inspection certificate; 4.5 Methane Cylinder Pressure Reducing Valve: Copper material, reverse thread, well connected with the matched methane steel cylinder;
4.6 Standard Sample Sieve Set: Aperture 0.2mm and 0.25mm, 2 each, including sieve bottom and sieve cover, meets metrological standards;
4.7 Electronic Balance: Range ≥300g, sensitivity 0.1g, meets metrological standards;
4.8 Steel Straight Ruler: Range ≥500mm, small division 1mm, meets metrological standards.
