DGC Residual Gas Content Measurement Device and Its Supporting Products Introduction
Based on standards: GB/T23250 "Direct Measurement Method of Coal Seam Gas Content Underground" and "Interim Regulations for Gas Extraction Compliance," it is primarily used for measuring residual gas content/desorbable gas content and features rapid sampling functionality. It can be applied in gas emission prediction, outburst risk assessment in working faces and regions, pre-drainage gas evaluation, and gas geological mapping. The DGC residual gas content measurement device and its supporting components directly drill underground to extract coal cores from depth, measure the gas desorption rate and volume of the coal cores, and use mathematical models to calculate the gas loss before the coal sample is sealed in the sample cylinder. Laboratory measurements of relevant parameters determine the original gas content and original desorbable gas content. This equipment offers short measurement time, typically less than 8 hours after sampling; requires less engineering workload compared to indirect methods for measuring coal seam gas content, resulting in lower costs; is less affected by geological structures, allowing for extensive measurement points; and ensures high reliability and accuracy.
