2.1 Utilize a high-speed digital camera to capture flame images, and through computer digital image processing technology, achieve flame length measurement, reducing human error and ensuring accuracy in flame length measurement;
*2.2 Employ S-type thermocouples and temperature transmitters for high-precision measurement of the heating system temperature, and use digital PID algorithms to achieve precise temperature regulation of the system heating, maintaining the system temperature constant at 1100°C;
2.3 Utilize a pneumatic control system composed of micro air pumps, precision pressure reducing valves, pressure switches, pressure sensors, air storage tanks, and pneumatic valves to achieve automatic control of air pressure, ensuring complete consistency in blowing pressure and air volume for each test;
