Jinke JK590BC-2A Split Crawler Type Open-pit Hydraulic DTH Drill Rig

The JK590BC new generation split-type open-pit hydraulic DTH drill rig is used for drilling and rock drilling in open-pit mining operations such as cement, metallurgy, coal mines, and quarries, as well as in engineering construction for railways, highways, water conservancy, hydropower, and national defense projects. Its hole diameter range is 90~178mm. It can be equipped with various models of air compressors to achieve high-pressure DTH drilling. During drilling operations, only the DTH hammer consumes compressed air. Compared to fully pneumatic drill rigs, the required air compressor displacement is reduced by 30%–50%. Energy consumption (fuel or electricity) during drilling operations is reduced by approximately 40%-50%.

The JK590BC is a new generation model of the JK590 equipped with an environmentally friendly hydraulic dust removal system. If water is available on site, a wet dust removal system can also be selected.

Large rotation torque; the new planetary gearbox is more compact than spur gear reducers, with a larger reduction ratio and higher torque transmission efficiency, ensuring smoother operation. It does not require additional components such as shock-absorbing joints for vibration reduction, resulting in lower failure rates, reduced daily maintenance costs, less jamming in loose layers, and higher hole formation rates.
