Hardware Components

1. Temperature Sensor

Type: Most standard models include PT100 platinum resistance sensors (high accuracy, strong stability).

Installation Method: Threaded (e.g., G1/2 or M20×1.5 interface), flanged, or weld-free insertion type (e.g., KZB-3 model).

Probe Material: Stainless steel or high-temperature resistant alloy, suitable for the internal environment of air storage tanks.

2. Control Unit

Integrated microprocessor supports temperature acquisition, logic judgment, and control output.

Standard relay output (e.g., 24V/380V) for cutting off the air compressor power supply or triggering alarms.

3. Display Panel

Digital screen displays real-time air storage tank temperature, set values, and operational status (e.g., KZB-3 model supports 0-150°C display).

Buttons or knobs for parameter settings (e.g., over-temperature threshold, hysteresis temperature).

Core Functions

1. Real-Time Temperature Monitoring

Continuously collects temperature inside the air storage tank, typically with an accuracy of ±1°C.

2. Over-Temperature Protection

When the temperature exceeds the set threshold (e.g., default 120°C, adjustable range 0-150°C), immediately triggers protective actions:

Cuts off the air compressor control circuit (e.g., emergency stop signal);

Outputs passive contact signals (for external system linkage).

3. Alarm Function

Standard audible and visual alarms (buzzer + LED light), some models support remote alarm signal output.

4. Parameter Memory and Calibration

Retains set parameters after power loss, supports manual zero and span calibration.
