The system can monitor various operational parameters of the hoist in real time, providing real-time fault alarms and control. Operational status monitoring mainly includes: hoisting direction, hoisting height, hoisting speed, hoisting acceleration/deceleration, constant-speed overspeed protection; crawling zone speed limit protection; shaft positioning; shaft overwind, frequency converter faults; emergency stop; hoisting cycle count memory; signal count memory, etc.

Monitoring of the hydraulic braking system: brake shoe clearance, primary braking oil pressure, secondary braking oil pressure, brake disc runout, idle time, residual pressure of the hydraulic station, etc.
