The main unit of this monitoring device consists of input and output switch interfaces, a high-precision measurement and control microprocessor, data memory, buttons, and other components. The high-precision measurement and control microprocessor detects and processes data signals input from the device interface circuits in a time-sharing manner. After data processing by the program, it outputs signals to the control circuit to achieve over-temperature and over-pressure protection for the air compressor and air tank. This device can monitor the internal temperature of the air tank in real time during operation. The system includes the main unit, temperature sensors, and a data processing system, which can detect the temperature of compressed air in real time. Once an abnormal temperature is detected, and the digital display shows that the temperature and pressure indicators at the detection points exceed the set values, the protection device will immediately cut off the emergency stop circuit of the air compressor. Simultaneously, the built-in or external (optional) alarm will sound to alert personnel, enabling them to promptly identify and resolve the issue, thereby ensuring the safety of the air tank. This protection device features strong anti-interference capabilities, practicality, and reliability, making the work of personnel safer and more dependable.

Functions of the Over-Temperature and Over-Pressure Protection Device:

● Temperature detection: Monitors the surface temperature of the tank and outputs a warning signal if the temperature is too high. Pressure detection: Monitors the internal pressure of the tank and outputs a warning signal if the pressure is too high. By monitoring abnormal operational data in real time, the device can promptly trigger audible and visual alarms, protecting the air compressor from damage caused by abnormal high-temperature exhaust.

● When abnormal temperature or pressure changes are detected, the protection device can send a shutdown command to the main unit, preventing damage to underground equipment due to high temperature and pressure, thereby minimizing risks and economic losses to a controllable range.
