Its main functions include air compressor oil and water cutoff protection, anti-coking and anti-seizing patents, oil level monitoring, as well as overtemperature and overpressure protection for air storage tanks. It features a reserved IoT interface, allowing real-time upload of operational status to mobile devices and remote computers for monitoring. With an upload interface, it can be integrated into unattended systems, saving costs.

This device can be widely used for safety protection in compressed air self-rescue systems in coal mines and non-coal mines.

II. Design Basis

Article 432 of the 2016 edition of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" (Equipment in Air Compressor Stations Must Meet the Following Requirements), Clause 3 stipulates:

Oil-lubricated air compressors must be equipped with oil cutoff protection devices or oil cutoff signal display devices. Water-cooled air compressors must be equipped with water cutoff protection devices or water cutoff signal display devices.

8. Equipped with an upload interface, it can serve as a front-end sampling device and be integrated into unattended systems, avoiding redundant investment.
