The Air Compressor Over-temperature Monitor Can Directly Issue a Shutdown Command

      The temperature monitor, as a protective device for air compressors, can track changes in the internal temperature of the air storage tank in real time. When the temperature exceeds the upper limit set by the protective device, it promptly issues a shutdown command to the air compressor, effectively controlling the pressure and temperature of the air receiver. With clear digital display and sensitive, reliable monitoring points, it ensures the safe operation of the air compressor.

Protective Device Function Configuration:

(1) Monitoring and displaying the specific numerical value of the equipment temperature

      The over-temperature protection device primarily monitors temperature changes inside the air storage tank connected to the air compressor. The protective device is seamlessly connected to the air storage tank via a long three-way connector, with one end attached to the temperature sensor of the over-temperature protection device, another end connected to the existing pressure sensor of the air storage tank, and the long three-way connector then linked to the air storage tank. After the protective device is activated, the internal temperature changes of the air storage tank are displayed numerically on the device. However, when the monitored temperature exceeds 120 degrees Celsius, the protective device issues a warning and sends a shutdown command to the air compressor via the control line, thereby protecting the air compressor's air storage tank.
