Design Basis:

Coal Mine Safety Regulations Article 434 (Excerpt):

(1) The exhaust temperature of screw air compressors must not exceed 120°C. Temperature protection devices must be installed to automatically cut off power and trigger an alarm in case of over-temperature.

(2) The temperature inside the air receiver should be maintained below 120°C, equipped with an over-temperature protection device that automatically cuts off power and triggers an alarm in case of over-temperature.

This air receiver over-temperature and over-pressure protection device is simple, practical, cost-effective, easy to install, and aesthetically pleasing. It also displays real-time equipment temperature on-site, providing intuitive and visible data. Most importantly, it features automatic power cutoff and alarm functions in case of over-temperature in the air receiver, fully complying with the requirements of "Article 434 of the Coal Mine Regulations, which states that air receivers should be equipped with over-temperature protection devices capable of automatically cutting off power and triggering an alarm during over-temperature conditions," thereby enhancing the mine's inspection readiness.
