ZBK380 Air Compressor Oil Cut-off (Compressor Head Protection)

       Our company's oil cut-off protection device monitors the oil pressure changes of the air compressor head in real-time through an oil pressure sensor. We offer two installation solutions for the sensor: one is to replace the original oil filter with a new one that can accommodate the oil pressure sensor; the other is to use a custom oil adapter at the connection between the original oil filter and the air compressor head without replacing the original filter, allowing the oil pressure sensor to be installed on the adapter. Precautions

(1) Check the equipment connection lines (before powering on).

(2) The casing of the air compressor oil cut-off protection device must be grounded.

(3) Perform daily inspections of the equipment to promptly identify and resolve any abnormalities. Consult our company promptly if coordination is needed.

(4) After-sales Service Support

After the equipment installation and debugging are completed, coordinate with the client's leadership to conduct technical training. Complete the technical training and data handover before leaving the site, and notify relevant departments to pay attention to operational safety.

Air Compressor Oil Cut-off Protection Device Function Configuration:

(1) Oil cut-off protection function: By monitoring the lubricating oil circuit pressure changes in real-time and using built-in intelligent analysis algorithms, it intelligently determines whether a genuine oil cut-off situation has occurred. It will only alarm and shut down when a real oil cut-off occurs. The configured intelligent matching function allows for smart state matching based on different brands, models, wear levels of air compressors, and varying conditions of the oil circuit after maintenance, ensuring accurate and reliable oil cut-off protection.

(2) Data upload function: The system features 485 data upload capability, allowing monitoring data to be accurately transmitted to the host computer or the mine smart platform via the 485 bus.

(3) Equipped with an offline button: When offline, the air compressor is disconnected from emergency stop control, facilitating maintenance and debugging.

(4) Automatic locking of the alarm state after an alarm occurs, requiring manual reset to prevent abnormal alarm states from being overlooked.

(5) Isolated emergency stop control interface for the air compressor: The power supply of the air compressor operating system and the internal power supply of this device are completely electrically isolated, maintaining the signal integrity of the air compressor control system and ensuring safe and reliable emergency stop control.
