Recent reports from various regions have highlighted mine inspections, revealing numerous mines failing to meet standards or being required to suspend production for rectification. China has always maintained strict requirements for mine safety production. Inspections are ongoing, so we must proactively enhance our readiness for inspections and avoid urgently installing inspection-compliant equipment only after receiving suspension notices. Our KZB-3 Air Receiver Over-temperature Protection Device is designed based on the interpretation of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations." It alarms and controls the air compressor to shut down when the temperature or pressure of the air receiver exceeds a certain range, preventing accidents. For production safety, installing a several-thousand-yuan air receiver over-temperature protection device is an urgent priority!

Design Basis:

The KZB-3 Air Compressor Air Receiver Over-temperature Protection Device was developed by our company in accordance with the "National Coal Mine Safety Regulations—2016 Interpreted Edition" and the AQ standard "Safety Inspection and Testing Specifications for In-Service Air Compressors in Mines." The device displays the air receiver temperature in real time and controls the air compressor to emergency stop while sounding an alarm when the temperature exceeds the standard. It effectively controls the air compressor air receiver temperature below 120 degrees Celsius.

Main Functions:

(1) Digital Temperature Display—Digital Temperature Measurement Value: This device digitally displays the air receiver (air chamber) temperature.

(2) Over-temperature Alarm—Over-temperature Alarm Function: When the measured air receiver (air chamber) temperature exceeds the set temperature (factory default 120°C), the corresponding output alarm indicator lights up, and the alarm outputs a high-intensity sound alert.

(3) Sound Alarm—When sound alarm protection control output is activated, the protection relay in the device simultaneously outputs to control the air compressor to stop.

(4) Offline Function—In case of device failure, the offline function allows the device to go offline, enabling the air compressor to operate normally.
