Stainless Steel Pickling and Passivation Paste

　　1. Stir the product evenly using a plastic or stainless steel rod.
　　2. Apply a coating with a thickness of 1-3 millimeters.
　　3. Ensure sufficient reaction time (approximately 0.5-12 hours). Time and temperature are proportional to the pickling effect.
         Extend the application time appropriately when working below 0°C.
　　4. Use non-carbon steel tools such as stainless steel wire brushes or plastic brushes to remove loose residues from the surface.
　　5. Rinse the treated surface thoroughly with water.
　　6. If there is oil on the stainless steel surface, remove it using solvents such as acetone or degreasers.

Precautions:

1: The product is corrosive and volatile. Wear acid-resistant rubber gloves, protective goggles, anti-toxic masks, and protective workwear during operation, and ensure good ventilation in the working environment.

2: If the product comes into contact with clothing, skin, or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention as necessary.

3: Store the product in a sealed container in a cool, well-ventilated area.

4: This product is intended for industrial use only. Waste liquid should be neutralized before being transported to a qualified manufacturer for disposal.
