It is safe for direct human contact, odorless, and classified as a non-toxic, green, and healthy product, keeping workers and consumers completely free from toxic substances like formaldehyde. 2. In terms of processing, this product is identical to the urea-formaldehyde adhesive currently in use, requiring no adjustments to processes or equipment. 3. The adhesive has excellent initial tack, making it highly suitable for forming board blanks. Its hot-pressed products exhibit outstanding bonding strength and waterproof performance. 4. Shelf life: The product has a shelf life of up to 8 months, significantly longer than that of urea-formaldehyde adhesive. After preparation, the effective usage time is 6-8 hours, far exceeding the usable period of urea-formaldehyde adhesive. |
