The fully automatic straightening machine is designed for bent workpieces, integrating automatic detection and straightening functions. It features high detection accuracy and adaptability to various types of workpieces.

During the automatic straightening process, the operator only needs to handle the loading and unloading of workpieces (automatic loading and unloading can also be configured). Actions such as measuring the bending degree of the workpiece, positioning the straightening point, applying pressure for straightening, and inspecting the straightening effect are automatically completed by the machine.

The machine uses sensor detection and CNC servo control,

with an efficiency 3-5 times higher than manual operation. It requires no manual experience and is simple and easy to operate.

The detection and straightening process can be digitally displayed and controlled in real time, with automatic storage and on-demand export and retrieval.

The straightening accuracy can achieve a straightness of 0.02mm; multiple detection points can be customized.
