Technical Principle
ALO high-efficiency ozone catalyst is an advanced wastewater treatment technology and has become a hot application in the sewage treatment field in recent years. Compared to ozone as a standalone oxidant, the [·OH] formed under the action of the ALO high-efficiency catalyst reacts with organic compounds at a higher rate and exhibits stronger oxidative capacity, capable of oxidizing almost all organic substances. The ALO high-efficiency catalyst utilizes ozone's strong oxidizing properties to directly oxidize organic matter in water into CO? and H?O, or to break down large organic molecules into smaller ones, making them more easily degradable.
Application Areas
This process is designed for the advanced treatment of high-concentration, high-toxicity, high-chroma, and hard-to-degrade wastewater. It can significantly reduce wastewater chroma and COD at low cost while improving biodegradability.
(1)Dyeing, chemical, and pharmaceutical wastewater; coking and petroleum wastewater: After biochemical treatment, ozone catalytic oxidation greatly reduces COD values.
(2)Textile printing and dyeing wastewater; tannery wastewater: Highly effective for decolorization, with notable COD removal.
(3)Industrial park wastewater: Advanced treatment using ozone catalytic oxidation + BAF process offers low investment and operating costs with excellent results.
