ALE micro-electrolysis catalyst is a multi-catalytic oxidation catalyst developed to address the challenges of difficult degradation and poor biodegradability in current organic wastewater. It is produced by fusing multi-metal alloys with catalysts and utilizing high-temperature microporous activation technology, belonging to the mesoporous additive-type micro-electrolysis catalyst. When applied to wastewater, it efficiently removes COD, reduces chromaticity, enhances biodegradability, and ensures stable and long-lasting treatment effects, while avoiding passivation and hardening of the micro-electrolysis catalyst during operation.

Scope of Application

(1) It can serve as a pretreatment method for wastewater biochemical treatment systems, enabling the ring-opening and chain-breaking of large-molecule organic pollutants, the destruction of chromophores and auxochromes, improving wastewater biodegradability, and reducing the complexity and cost of subsequent treatments;
(2) It can function as an advanced treatment method for wastewater, providing post-treatment for effluents from biochemical and other processes, enhancing wastewater oxidation efficiency, and achieving compliant discharge and resource utilization.
