Application Scope:

This type of machine is suitable for surface treatment sandblasting processes of cylindrical workpieces such as pipes and rollers. Materials are not limited, including: iron pipes,

stainless steel pipes, aluminum pipes, etc.

Features:

1. The machine adopts an automatic processing operation mode. Workers only need to handle loading and unloading tasks, ensuring safety, speed, and high efficiency;

2. The machine uses roller rotation to drive the product in a spiral forward motion with variable frequency speed control to adjust processing speed. The sandblasting gun group employs a fixed-point sandblasting method with adjustable nozzle direction, enabling cross-coverage of the sandblasting surface for high processing efficiency;

3. The machine is equipped with a new cyclone separator, ensuring better separation of sand and dust and allowing a wider range of sandblasting abrasives to be used;

4. The machine features a detachable dust collection box that can be placed 360 degrees around the main unit. It provides negative pressure dust collection at both the processing chamber and the conveyor table ends, ensuring high dust collection efficiency and environmental performance;

5. The machine utilizes a screw conveyor and bucket elevator for abrasive recovery, enabling better recycling of abrasive materials;
