The JYWQ type automatic stirring submersible sewage pump is a new environmentally friendly product developed by our company using an excellent hydraulic model. It has good functionality in discharging solid particles and long-fiber debris, as well as reducing sedimentation in sewage pits. Its outstanding feature is the design of a water diversion device at the pump chassis. This device rotates at high speed with the motor, drawing high-pressure water from the pump cavity and flushing the bottom of the pool at a swirling speed of 10-20 m/s. It stirs the accumulated sediment at the bottom of the pool, mixing it with water into a homogeneous mixture, which then enters the pump cavity around the diversion device and is discharged, preventing the accumulation of debris and impurities at the bottom and purifying the sewage pool. The hydraulic performance of this pump is mature, and its performance indicators have reached a high technical level comparable to similar products.

Suitable for conveying sewage and waste containing particles and sediments in industries such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, papermaking, power plants, urban sewage treatment, municipal engineering, and public facilities.

Product Features

1. Utilizes the pump's own discharge pressure to stir the sediment sludge in the sewage pool, truly achieving the purpose of discharging sediment from the sewage pool.

2. Large flow channel anti-clogging hydraulic component design, greatly improving the ability to pass debris, capable of effectively passing fiber materials 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.

3. Reasonable design, well-matched motor, high efficiency, and significant energy-saving effect.

4. The mechanical seal adopts a double-series tandem seal, made of hard, corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide, durable and wear-resistant, allowing the pump to operate safely and continuously for over 8000 hours.

5. The pump has a compact structure, small size, easy mobility, and simple installation. It does not require a pump room and can work submerged in water, reducing engineering costs.

6. The oil chamber is equipped with an oil-water probe to protect the pump.

7. Can be equipped with a fully automatic safety protection control cabinet to protect against water leakage, electricity leakage, overload, and overtemperature, improving the safety and reliability of the product.

8. The float switch can automatically control the start and stop of the pump based on the required water level changes, eliminating the need for dedicated personnel to monitor it.

9. The motor can adopt a water-jacket external circulation cooling system, ensuring the safe operation of the electric pump in a waterless (dry) state.

10. The double-guide rail automatic coupling installation system provides great convenience for pump installation and maintenance, eliminating the need for personnel to enter the sewage pit.

11. Two installation methods: fixed automatic coupling installation and movable free installation, to meet different usage scenarios.

Tip 1: This pump is particularly suitable for situations where the bottom of the pool contains sediment and impurities. If used to pump thicker or more viscous slurries, the pump cavity should be cleaned to prevent sediment from remaining inside the pump.

Tip 2: Do not operate the pump for extended periods under low head conditions to prevent motor burnout due to overload.

Tip 3: Never use the cable to lift or suspend the pump.
