The ZW type self-priming non-clogging sewage pump integrates self-priming and non-clogging sewage discharge. It adopts an axial reflux external mixing method and features a new design of the pump body and impeller flow channel. It does not require the installation of a bottom valve or priming water. It can suction and discharge liquid impurities containing large solid particles with a diameter of 60% of the outlet caliber and fiber lengths up to 5 times the outlet caliber. With a self-priming height of 5 meters, it can replace various types of submersible and submerged sewage pumps. It is widely applicable in industries such as chemical, electric power, mining, papermaking, textile, printing and dyeing, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, food, river and pond aquaculture, and municipal sewage discharge. It is currently an ideal impurity pump in China for pumping media containing solid particles, fibers, slurry, and mixed suspensions.

Application Scope

Suitable for industries such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, papermaking, fiber, slurry, textile, food, power plants, municipal sewage engineering, public facility sewage discharge, and river and pond aquaculture.

1. Strong sewage discharge capability: Special anti-clogging impeller design ensures high pump efficiency and non-clogging operation.

Working Conditions

1. Ambient temperature ≤24°C, medium temperature ≤60°C.

2. Medium pH value: 6–9 for cast iron pumps, 1–14 for stainless steel pumps.

3. Maximum particle diameter passing through: 60% of the pump caliber, fiber length: 5 times the caliber.

4. The total weight of impurities in the medium should not exceed 15% of the total medium weight, and the specific gravity of the medium should not exceed 1240 kg/m3.
