A magnetic drive centrifugal pump (referred to as a magnetic pump) typically consists of an electric motor, a magnetic coupler, and a corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Its main feature is the use of a magnetic coupler to transmit power without leakage. When the electric motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupler to rotate, the magnetic field lines pass through the gap and the isolation sleeve, acting on the inner magnetic steel, causing the pump rotor to rotate synchronously with the motor. Torque is transmitted without mechanical contact. At the power input end of the pump shaft, since the liquid is enclosed within a stationary isolation sleeve, there is no dynamic seal, thus preventing leakage.

The IMC series magnetic pump is a new type of leak-free corrosion-resistant pump developed jointly by the magnetic pump industry and China's design team. Its technical and economic indicators are comparable to those of similar products from the late 1980s. The design and basic parameters of the IMC series magnetic pump comply with the JB/T7742-95 standard for "Small Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps" and meet the enterprise standard Q/BTB01-2001 for "Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps."

The IMC series magnetic pump is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, environmental protection, food, film processing, water treatment, and national defense. It is an ideal device for transporting flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare, valuable, and various corrosive liquids. The IMC series magnetic pump is suitable for conveying liquids with an inlet pressure not exceeding 0.2 MPa, a working pressure not exceeding 1.6 MPa, and a temperature not exceeding 120°C. The liquid should have a density not greater than 1600 kg/m3, a viscosity not exceeding 30×10?? m2/s, and should not contain hard particles, fibers, or magnetic substances.

The IMC-G high-temperature magnetic pump is designed to convey liquids with a pressure not exceeding 1.6 MPa, a temperature not exceeding 300°C, and a viscosity not exceeding 30×10?? m2/s, without hard particles or fibers.
