The IMC Fluorine-Lined Magnetic Pump is a product developed by Shanghai Bainuo Pump Valve Co., Ltd. using advanced technology. It is molded in one piece with F46, which offers strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, anti-aging properties, and no toxic decomposition.

The IMC Fluorine-Lined Magnetic Pump can be widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, petroleum, environmental protection, rare earth separation, smelting, and pickling in automotive manufacturing industries.

The IMC Fluorine-Lined Magnetic Pump features a unique design without mechanical seals, ensuring no leakage. The liquid-wetted parts are made of F46, silicon carbide, fluororubber, and other materials. The pump casing is fixed with ductile iron, enabling it to bear the weight of pipelines, making maintenance convenient.

The basic parameters and technical performance of the IMC Fluorine-Lined Magnetic Pump comply with GB/T25140-201. It is molded in one piece without impurity precipitation, making it highly suitable for transporting high-purity, highly corrosive chemical liquids.

2. The pump casing is made of ductile iron, designed with standard flanges, offering excellent mechanical strength and the ability to withstand heavy pipeline loads.

3. The liquid-wetted parts are lined with F46 material, featuring six smooth and unobstructed flow channels, superior hydraulic performance, low hydraulic friction loss, and high efficiency.

4. The pump shaft, bearing sleeve, and dynamic/static rings are made of pressureless sintered silicon carbide, providing high hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.

5. The unique spiral groove design in the bearing sleeve hole facilitates lubrication of the sliding bearing pair and easily dissipates heat generated by friction during pump operation.

6. An additional reinforcement cover made of imported PPS material is added outside the isolation sleeve, enabling the pump unit to withstand higher system pressure and eliminating heat generated by magnetic eddy currents in metal sleeves.

7. The inner and outer magnets are made of neodymium iron boron material, with a magnetic field strength of up to 3600 Gauss on the magnet surface. This ensures smooth transmission of torque from the prime mover to the impeller without slipping even under high-flow conditions. It also prevents contact between the inner rotor of the impeller and the rear thrust ring, avoiding friction-induced heat that could melt fluoroplastic parts and ensuring reliable operation in highly corrosive environments.

8. The entire pump unit adopts a rear-pull structure, allowing one person to perform internal maintenance and part replacement without disassembling the pipeline.
