Features and Applications

The electric pump adopts a fully enclosed, new structure without mechanical seals. The stator and rotor are separately sealed with stainless steel sleeves, allowing the conveyed liquid to enter the motor interior for cooling. This resolves issues such as leakage of the conveyed medium, environmental pollution, poor operational reliability, and difficult maintenance commonly associated with conventional pipeline electric pumps due to the use of mechanical seals. The rotating parts are supported by graphite bearings and lubricated by the conveyed medium, making it a low-noise, environmentally friendly upgraded product. It is highly trusted by users for its advantages of low noise, no leakage, reliable operation, and maintenance-free performance. It is mainly used for HVAC chilled and hot water circulation, industrial and urban building water supply, fire pipeline pressure boosting, and long-distance water transportation.

Operating Conditions

1. The flow range of this series is 1-1080 m3/h, and the head range is 5-105 m.

2. The system pressure of the electric pump is 1.0 MPa (or 1.6 MPa), meaning the pump suction pressure + head ≤ 1.0 MPa (or 1.6 MPa). If the user requires a system pressure higher than 1.0 MPa, it must be specified separately when placing an order.

3. The conveyed medium is clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. The medium temperature is ≤ 95°C (for N and NY types) or ≤ 150°C (for GY type). Users selecting the GY type must additionally configure an external circulation cooling water system. If the medium temperature is below 20°C, it must be specified separately when placing an order, and our company will adopt customized process measures.
