Cableway Multi-Point Remote Control Horizontal Sampler

1. Product Introduction

This invention discloses a remote-controlled sampler for collecting water samples at different vertical lines and depths via a cableway. It is characterized by comprising multiple electromagnetic pull-type samplers (the number of samplers can be increased as required for sampling), a buoy antenna, a wireless receiver controller, and a remote control handle.

The system consists of a 1-liter horizontal sampler (multiple units), a DC traction electromagnet, a buoy antenna, a wireless receiver controller, and a remote control handle.

The multi-point remote-controlled sampler combines multiple electromagnetic pull-type samplers through a lifting frame. Before deployment, the sampler's door is opened, and an electromagnetic switch controller manages the opening and closing of the sampling door. The switch controller comprises a main control circuit A, a control signal receiving circuit, and a DC traction electromagnet. The remote control handle consists of a wireless signal transmission circuit B, a keyboard, and a power supply. This invention addresses the technical challenge of low efficiency in repeated sampling across multiple vertical lines and depths via cableways. It enables the completion of sampling at multiple vertical lines and depths in a single deployment, significantly improving sampling efficiency and addressing the timeliness of water sample collection.

Communication between the control circuit and the control handle is wireless. Pressing the numeric keys on the remote control handle closes the corresponding sampler. This system design allows wireless remote control of 6-10 samplers.
