They are specifically engineered for washing the tires and chassis of various engineering vehicles. This equipment uses multi-directional high-pressure water jets to thoroughly clean the wheels and chassis, achieving a complete washing effect. It is widely used in construction sites.

Computer software control allows automatic completion of washing and mud discharge tasks. The washing water can be recycled, and during continuous operation, only a small amount of water needs to be replenished, thus saving significant water resources. It is particularly suitable for washing vehicles entering and exiting various construction sites, mining sites, cement product factories, coal mines, power plants, landfills, high-end communities, and other locations, thereby achieving dust-free pollution control. The equipment is easy to install and transport, making it suitable for frequent relocation needs across various sites.

1) Washing Platform Setup Standards: The washing platform should be located inside the main gate of the construction site, with a length of no less than 8 meters and a width of no less than 6 meters. Drainage ditches should be installed around it, connected to a secondary sedimentation tank (specific details see attached diagram). Mud and wastewater must be disposed of according to regulations, and the sedimentation tank requires regular cleaning and connection to the municipal drainage network.

2) Vehicle Washing Facility Setup Standards: Each construction site should connect water pipes at the washing platform and equip it with high-pressure washing devices such as water guns with a pressure of no less than 8 MPa. The hose connected to the water gun should be no less than 10 meters long.

3) Duty Personnel Configuration: In addition to security guards, each construction site should assign no fewer than two dedicated personnel based on the volume of transport vehicles entering and exiting the site. Their primary responsibility is to wash material transport vehicles leaving the site. [1]
