The bed, column, and other castings adopt a thermally symmetrical box-type rib structure. Both the X and Z axes utilize a large-span design, along with oversized imported high-precision, high-rigidity linear guide screws, significantly enhancing the machining accuracy and stability of the equipment. It is suitable for the integrated rough and finish automatic machining of both sides of various disc-type and hub-type components, enabling high-volume, efficient production of various disc-type parts.
