The LYV-SD500 brake disc machining center enables integrated roughing and finishing of brake disc/brake drum workpieces. The bed, column, and other castings adopt a thermally symmetrical box-type rib structure. The spindle and chuck feature a vertical design, equipped with one turning spindle and two corresponding partitioned tool positions (optional linear tool arrangement or turret). Both the X and Z axes utilize a large-span design capable of withstanding strong resistance during heavy cutting, making it suitable for high-precision, automated mass production of brake disc/drum products.
