Inorganic Zinc Silicate Anti-Corrosion Paint

Composition:

This product is a two-component coating prepared from silicates, pigments, curing agents, fillers, etc.

Product Characteristics:

Inorganic zinc silicate coatings exhibit unique and excellent performance in adhesion, weather resistance, heat resistance, radiation resistance, solvent resistance, safety, antistatic properties, welding performance, and self-healing capabilities.

Application Environment:

During application, the ambient temperature must not be lower than 5°C, the surrounding air temperature should be at least 3°C above the dew point, the maximum temperature should not exceed 40°C, and the relative humidity should be below 80%.

Storage and Packaging:

Storage: Store in a ventilated and dry place. Shelf life is one year.

Packaging: Component A: 20kg/drum; Component B: 5kg/drum; Ratio: 4:1 (by weight)

Remarks:

1. When using this primer, the base material must be thoroughly stirred, then the synthetic film-forming agent should be added and mixed uniformly in proportion. Stirring should be maintained during application to prevent unevenness. Application time limit ≤ 4 hours.

2. Theoretical spreading rate: Refers to the consumption of anti-corrosion paint without considering the actual application environment, application method, application technique, surface condition, structure, shape, surface area size, and other influencing factors.

3. The actual drying time of the paint film is generally related to air flow, temperature, film thickness, and number of coats, and is affected by these factors. Therefore, attention should be paid to these factors during application.

4. Clean with dedicated thinner.

5. After the final topcoat is applied, it must be naturally cured for 7 days before being put into use. If the ambient temperature is below 10°C, the natural curing time should be appropriately extended.

6. Do not add water or other solvents for dilution during use.
