Applications This product is a specialized adhesive for the wood furniture manufacturing industry, suitable for bonding doors, windows, wooden floors, hardwoods, blockboards, laminated wood, surface bonding of decorative panels, and the production of high-end wood products. V. Usage Instructions 1. Mix the main agent and curing agent in a ratio of 100:10 and stir thoroughly before use. 2. The adhesive application amount is generally around 200-300 g/m2. 3. Pressing pressure: at least 0.6 MPa for softwoods; at least 1.0 MPa for hardwoods. 4. Pressing time: no less than 60 minutes at 15°C; no less than 20 minutes at 20-30°C. VI. Post-Pressure Curing 1. After pressure release, allow the product to rest for a period before proceeding to the next processing step. 2. For testing, wait at least 3 days to ensure accurate results. For boiling water tests, wait 7 days. VII. Precautions 1. Storage: This product is non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive, and not classified as hazardous. Store and transport at temperatures above 5°C, and use at temperatures above 10°C. Protect from freezing, moisture, and direct sunlight. Avoid contact between the curing agent and water. The shelf life of the main agent (at 25°C) is 8 months, and the curing agent (at 25°C) is 12 months. 2. During winter use, ensure the panel assembly area is heated to at least 10°C. The storage area for the adhesive should also be maintained at 10°C or above. 3. When assembling panels in winter, maintain the curing temperature above 10°C after pressure release to ensure final bonding quality. Avoid transporting the panels in low-temperature environments during the curing period. 4. Prevent prolonged contact between the curing agent and water or air to avoid degradation. 5. Clean adhesive application tools promptly. If the adhesive or curing agent comes into contact with skin, wash immediately.
