Features a short cold-pressing time of only 30 minutes to 2 hours. The dried adhesive film matches the wood color, resulting in inconspicuous seam lines. The cured adhesive film in this series is easy to sand and does not clog sandpaper. With a bonding strength twice that of ordinary white glue, it is suitable for solid wood panel bonding. High solid content, high strength, suitable for both cold and hot viscosity conditions, heat-resistant, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly. Usage Instructions: Apply manually using a brush, spatula, or roller, or automatically with a glue spreader. Substrates for manual bonding should be dust-free, grease-free, knot-free, and treated to constant temperature and humidity. Processing surfaces must be flat, planed smooth, with thickness deviation <0.1 mm. Substrate moisture content should be adjusted to 8-12%, with glue application rate of 180-250 g/m2. Generally not recommended for use below 7°C or in humid environments. Open time: 4-5 minutes (shorter is better, ideally before the glue forms a film). Press time: 30 minutes to 3 hours, depending on substrate moisture content and operating conditions. Bonded substrates achieve final bonding strength after 7 days.
