Applications This product is a specialized adhesive for the wood furniture manufacturing industry, suitable for bonding doors, windows, wooden floors, hardwoods, blockboards, laminated wood, surface bonding of decorative panels, and the production of high-end wood products. V. Usage Instructions 1. Mix the main agent and curing agent in a ratio of 100:10 and stir thoroughly before use. 2. The recommended adhesive application amount is approximately 200-300 g/m2. 3. Pressing pressure: softwood ≥0.6 MPa; hardwood ≥1.0 MPa. 4. Pressing time: ≥60 minutes at 15°C; ≥20 minutes at 20-30°C. VI. Pressure Release and Curing 1. After pressure release, allow the bonded material to rest for a period before proceeding to the next processing step. 2. For testing, wait at least 3 days to ensure accurate results. For boiling water tests, wait 7 days. VII. Precautions 1. Storage: This product is non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive, and not classified as hazardous. Store and transport at temperatures above 5°C, and use at temperatures above 10°C. Protect from freezing, moisture, and direct sunlight. Avoid contact of the curing agent with water. Shelf life: main agent (25°C) 8 months; curing agent (25°C) 12 months. 2. During winter use, ensure the panel assembly area is heated to above 10°C. The storage area for the adhesive should also be maintained above 10°C. 3. For winter panel assembly, maintain the curing temperature above 10°C after pressure release to ensure final bonding quality. Avoid transporting assembled panels in low temperatures during the curing period. 4. Prevent prolonged contact of the curing agent with water or air to avoid degradation. 5. Clean application tools promptly. If the adhesive or curing agent comes into contact with skin, wash immediately.
