Application
The Multi Vision 2000T series transmitters are used for measuring the full range of differential pressure, pressure, and absolute pressure in industrial processes, featuring analog or digital output signals. The 2010TD transmitter measures differential pressure, flow, or level.
The measurement range of the 2010TD transmitter (without migration) is 0－50Pa to 10MPa, with rated pressures of 0.6MPa (only for micro differential pressure), 16MPa, 25MPa, or 40MPa.
Working Principle
The transmitter uses an advanced composite micro-silicon solid-state sensor with a modular design, consisting of a sensor module with an integrated electronic adaptation unit and an amplifier with a push-button control unit. The fully welded sensor module is a dual-chamber system with an integrated overload diaphragm, an internal absolute pressure sensor, and a silicon differential pressure sensor. The absolute pressure sensor only senses the pressure on the high-pressure side (⊕) and serves as a reference value for static pressure compensation. The low-pressure side of the differential pressure sensor is connected to the transmitter's low-pressure side/vacuum reference chamber via a capillary tube. The measured differential/absolute pressure is transmitted through the isolation diaphragm and the fill fluid to the silicon differential pressure sensor and the sensing diaphragm. The slight displacement of the sensing diaphragm causes a change in the output voltage of the detection system, which is proportional to the differential pressure. This output voltage is converted into a standard output signal by the adaptation unit and amplifier.
