Features

1 Introduction
The speed sensor utilizes the Hall effect. When metal teeth pass the front end of the Hall sensor, they cause changes in the magnetic field. The Hall element detects these changes and converts them into an alternating electrical signal. The built-in circuit of the sensor amplifies and shapes this signal, outputting a clean rectangular pulse signal. It offers a wider frequency measurement range, more stable output signals, simple installation, and resistance to oil and water. It has been applied in speed measurement fields such as power, automotive, aviation, textiles, and petrochemicals.

2.4 Output Signal: Square wave, with a peak-to-peak value equal to the operating power supply voltage amplitude, independent of speed. Maximum output current: 20mA.

2.6 Thread Specification: Φ18 sensor (mounting thread: M18×1). Customization is available upon request.
2.7 Installation Gap: 1～2mm

Features:
1. Detects ferrous metal targets.
2. Digital current sink output (open collector).
3. Better signal-to-noise ratio compared to magnetic sensors.
4. Excellent low-speed and high-speed performance, output signal range 0～100KHz and above, amplitude independent of speed.
5. Resistant to electromagnetic interference.
It is an active three-wire sensor:
1. The sensor has labeled terminals: positive input, negative COM, and power terminal (compatible with DC +12V～24V).
2. For rotating mechanical equipment requiring forward speed measurement, use one QBJ-CS-2-2 sensor; for reverse speed measurement, use two CS sensors.
3. The QBJ-CS-2-2 sensor can measure both forward and reverse rotation. The two sensors are interchangeable. During installation, they should be positioned at a 90-degree angle to each other, with the sensor end face perpendicular to the measured gear surface. Installation distance: between 0.5～0.8mm.
4. Gear material requirements: Various magnetic conductive steel materials are acceptable.
Gear module: 1.5 or above.
5. Measurement objects: 1 slot, 3 teeth, 30～120 teeth (can be customized by the user).
6. Sensor mounting thread: M16×1.
Sensor tube length L: 60～200mm (can be customized by the user).
7. The sensor leads are labeled: (positive input, negative COM, power terminal DC +12V) and should be connected to the corresponding instrument terminals.
