 The CAP-3011 Intelligent Capacitance Level (Liquid) Gauge is manufactured using advanced radio frequency capacitance detection technology, supplemented by industrial-grade temperature drift compensation technology for the measurement system. In addition to inheriting the advantages of traditional capacitance level (liquid) detection technology, it also overcomes issues such as significant temperature drift in the measurement system, poor detection linearity, and low resolution that are difficult to address with traditional capacitance level (liquid) gauges. It can be applied to measure the level of soluble media with relatively stable composition in various industrial environments, as well as dry powder and granular material levels. CAP-3011-S1000L Intelligent Capacitance Level Gauge Working Principle

Utilizing the proportional relationship between level (liquid) changes and the corresponding capacitance changes on the measuring probe, the detected capacitance changes are compensated for temperature drift in the measurement system. Through dedicated pattern system software processing, it outputs a two-wire 4–20 mA analog current loop proportional to the level (liquid) changes, along with four sets of SPST (NO) solid-state relay contacts.
