Product Introduction of Coke Oven Flue Gas Desulfurization and Denitrification Equipment

     Coke oven flue gas contains a large amount of dust particles, SO2, and NOX emissions. Flue gas desulfurization and denitrification for coke ovens is a key focus in domestic air pollution control.       Process Flow of Coke Oven Flue Gas Desulfurization and Denitrification Equipment:

     For coke oven flue gas desulfurization and denitrification equipment, the process begins with transporting finely washed coal from the coal preparation workshop and feeding it into the coke oven. Under high-temperature conditions of 950–1000°C, dry distillation of coke produces flue gas,

     Nitrogen oxides in the flue gas are primarily generated under high-temperature conditions. Within the temperature range of 180–300°C, the coke oven flue gas enters the flue gas desulfurization tower. After desulfurization, the gas proceeds to the dust collector,

    The flue gas is then heated by a heating furnace and enters the SCR denitrification tower for NOX treatment. Afterward, the flue gas meets emission standards and is discharged. Throughout this process, the temperature of the flue gas at the fan outlet must not fall below 125°C to avoid damage to internal components of the chimney due to low temperatures. Flow control can be achieved using variable frequency drives for the circulating fan.
