DMC96 Mine Crusher Bag Dust Collector

     The crusher bag dust collector is designed to meet the normal production requirements of the crushing process in stone plants. Shiheng's crusher dust removal system primarily uses pulse bag dust collectors as the main dust removal equipment. The dust collector manufacturer will arrange the design reasonably based on actual conditions. During the crushing and grinding process in stone plants, the generated dust gas directly enters the bag dust collector.

     Stone plant crusher dust collectors are typically arranged outdoors. Generally, a dust suction hood is installed at each dust point, with the hood facing downward toward the direction of dust diffusion. The design should consider rainproof, freeze-proof, and windproof features. The dust collector filter bags are made of easy-to-clean needle-punched felt material and are equipped with a filter bag leak detection device. Fine dust is difficult to collect, so bag dust collectors should be used, along with polyester needle-punched filter cloth for better filtration efficiency.
