Introduction to Unattended Weighbridge System:

Unattended Weighing System primarily consists of electronic truck scales, computers, printers, video surveillance, RFID card reading systems, traffic lights, barriers, and weighing management software. It operates without manual intervention, automatically saving data and capturing images, which helps prevent fraud while improving weighing efficiency and reducing labor costs. The system supports data sharing, allowing offices to view weighing records in real-time. It is applicable for cargo measurement in industries such as mining, ports, and waste treatment plants.

License Plate Recognition Weighing System Basic Functions:

1. Multi-platform application: Users can download the APP to log in or browse via PC.

Weighbridge System Weighing Process:

(1) Before the vehicle approaches the scale, both ends' signal lights are green, and the barrier is down.

(2) When the vehicle is on the scale, the RFID reader identifies the radio frequency card, while the license plate recognition system captures the plate number. After successful card reading, the system compares the vehicle number linked to the card with the recognized license plate. Only if they match does the entrance barrier automatically rise.

(3) When the entrance ground sensor detects the vehicle has fully entered, the entrance barrier lowers, and both ends' signal lights turn red.

(4) Infrared light beams detect the vehicle's position.

(5) Once the vehicle stops at the center of the scale platform and data stabilizes, the system begins weighing and automatically saves data to the database.

(6) During weighing, cameras automatically capture images of the front, rear, and cargo compartment, while the system audibly announces the weight data.

(7) After data is saved, the exit barrier automatically rises, and the system prompts the driver: "Please exit the scale."

(8) As the vehicle exits, the exit ground sensor detects complete departure, the exit barrier lowers, and both ends' signal lights turn green.
