IV. Fully Automatic Truck Scale Weighing Process:

Two modes: license plate recognition and IC (RFID card) card reading for entry. The system recognizes the license plate (reads card information), opens the barrier gate, and the vehicle proceeds onto the scale. After stopping in position and stabilizing data, the weight is announced via voice, and three cameras capture images. The exit barrier gate lifts, and the vehicle drives off the scale. The same process applies for a second weighing. The entire process requires no manual intervention, with data automatically saved to the database, allowing office staff to access data at any time.

V. Unattended Weighing Software Video Display Issue Solutions:

1. Check if the computer’s IP address has been changed (normally, the computer’s IP address should not change):

Open "Network and Sharing Center" in the computer taskbar → "Network Connections" → then click "Details" to view the computer’s specific IP address.

2. Re-terminate the Ethernet cable connectors, ensuring both ends are wired identically.

In the window that appears, type "ping 192.168.1.111 (IP address of the device with no video)" and press Enter to see if any values are returned. No values indicate an IP address conflict; change the device’s IP via the browser tool.

5. Check the computer’s network interface indicator: Green light should be steady, yellow light flashing. If neither is lit, check for loose Ethernet cables at the computer or switch end.

6. Locate the camera with no video and check if its power supply is normal (a red light should be visible externally if powered). Verify the camera’s power polarity is correct and use a multimeter to measure if the power voltage is 12V (caution: avoid short circuits; voltage may vary by camera model).
