HS103- Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor (for boilers)

【Product Performance】A composite product containing high polymers such as organic phosphonic acid and polycarboxylic acid, it exhibits excellent corrosion inhibition and scale prevention properties. With outstanding temperature resistance, it is effectively applied in the water treatment of both high and low-pressure boilers; suitable for boilers including hot water heating, steam, and locomotive boilers. It can also be used for corrosion and scale inhibition in systems such as seawater desalination, distillation, and automobile radiators.

【Usage Method】Add to the boiler feed water at a ratio of 200g per ton of water. During use, ensure regular blowdown: once per hour for 5-10 seconds each time. If the boiler operates with existing scale, increase the dosage and blowdown frequency. After 10-20 days of operation, shut down the boiler and manually remove the detached scale to prevent clogging of pipes, then resume normal operation. The concentration multiple of the boiler water should be controlled at about 10 times, and other parameters should be adjusted according to relevant regulations (e.g., boiler water pH 10-12, etc.). The total hardness of the boiler feed water should be kept within 20mg/L. If the hardness is too high, use other methods to reduce it; otherwise, the scale inhibition effect of the boiler-specific corrosion and scale inhibitor may be compromised.

【Packaging and Storage】Packaged in plastic drums, 25kg/drum; store in a ventilated, cool, and light-protected environment with a shelf life of one year.

【Precautions】Store in a ventilated, cool, and dry place. Operators must wear rubber gloves and protective goggles. If accidentally splashed on the skin or into the eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.
