III. Why Do Some Certificates Not Carry the Mark?

1. Unaccredited Programs: If a certification program has not been accredited by bodies like CNAS, it cannot carry the mark.

2. Standard Updates: For example, after the release of the new ISO 45001:2018 standard, if national standards and CNAS accreditation have not yet been updated, certificates issued under the new standard during that period will not carry the CNAS mark.

3. Industry Specifics: Certifications such as commodity after-sales service certification and intellectual property management system certification currently lack accreditation standards. Certificates issued by approved bodies are valid but cannot carry the mark.
