Product Description: Gaia FRI 385 (Gaia FRI 385) is a heavy metal/zinc free, organic amine free, odorless liquid anti-flash rust agent. At relatively low addition, it can effectively protect ferrous substrate from rust in the wet paint stage. It has a very wide range of uses, in the direct coating of iron, steel, galvanized iron surface and any water-based coating on the weld, has a very good effect. It is also a highly effective water-based product additive to prevent rust in tank storage. Gaia FRI 385 has excellent stability and can be added at any stage in the paint manufacturing process or postnatal to any latex paint or other water-based paint. But as with any additive, compatibility should be tested before use.
