Performance characteristics
1. High purity and light color, epoxy resin products of various colors can be prepared.
2. Low viscosity, good processability of casting, potting and impregnation, and a large number of fillers can be added during casting. 4. Low volatility, low toxicity, small heating loss, toxicity is only 1/20Y/40 of amine curing agents, and it is less irritating to human eyes and skin.
5. Good solubility. This product can be miscible with all epoxy resins, the mixing viscosity is low, and the shrinkage and exothermic effects of the system are relatively low when heated and cured. The color is light, and the pre-added 0.5~3% tertiary amine accelerators (BDMA, DMP-30) basically do not change color. It is a light yellow transparent liquid and can be used for casting light-colored or natural color cured products.
Main uses
It is used as an epoxy resin curing agent and is widely used in electronic components, LED digital tube potting glue, glass fiber reinforced plastic composite materials, wind power blades, auto parts, dry transformers, high-voltage switches, high-voltage capacitors, transformers, home appliance capacitors, power capacitors and resistors, integrated circuit impregnation, pouring, winding and other fields.
Packaging and storage
Packed in 25 kg plastic drums, 220 kg iron drums, and IBC drums, this product has stable performance. During storage and transportation, pay attention to airtight, moisture-proof, fire-proof, and waterproof. Store in a dry and ventilated warehouse and store at room temperature for one year without deterioration. If the storage is improper, crystallization or turbidity will occur after moisture absorption, and it needs to be opened and heated again to restore it to its original state without affecting the original performance.
